Policies and agreement
A valid driver's license and a major credit card are required at the time of booking.
International renters must provide a valid passport and an International Driving Permit (IDP) if their license is not in English.
A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
Full payment must be made prior to vehicle pickup.
Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, or bank transfer.
Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup will be eligible for a partial refund (excluding the deposit).
Cancellations within 48 hours of the pickup date are non-refundable.
Rental Policies
- Zabib Luxury Travel vehicles must only be used for lawful purposes.
- Smoking, carrying hazardous materials, or transporting animals without prior permission is prohibited.
- Any unauthorized use will result in additional charges.
Rental includes a mileage limit; additional mileage will incur extra fees.
Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as provided. Refueling fees apply otherwise.
All rentals include basic insurance coverage. Additional coverage options are available at an extra cost.
The renter is responsible for all damages not covered by the insurance.
In case of a breakdown, contact Zabib Luxury Travel immediately.
Complimentary roadside assistance is available 24/7.
Customer Responsibilities
- Inspect the vehicle thoroughly at the time of pickup and report any pre-existing damages.
- Notify Zabib Luxury Travel immediately of any incidents or damages during the rental period.
Vehicles must be returned on time and to the agreed location.
Late returns may incur additional fees.
